Jay Bourgeois

Director of Field Solutions Allstar Electric

Jay Bourgeois is the Director of Design and Prefabrication at Allstar Electric, bringing decades of experience that began with his early work as an electrical designer focused on small design‑build projects. By the late 1990s, Jay was pioneering prefabrication efforts for repetitive, high‑volume projects such as hotels, establishing the foundation for his long‑term leadership in the prefab space.

Today, Jay serves as the crucial connector between design, prefabrication, and field operations – positioning himself at the center of that triangle to drive alignment, reduce rework, and strengthen profit margins. He is currently expanding his on‑site engagement, visiting job sites to identify disconnects firsthand and gather feedback that will further enhance Allstar’s prefab execution.

With a career built on bridging disciplines and improving constructability, Jay continues to elevate Allstar Electric’s end‑to‑end project delivery through thoughtful design integration and practical prefab strategy.
