Dax Pedersen serves as the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Manager at Winward Electric, where he leads the development of the company’s BIM capabilities. As the sole member of the growing BIM department, Dax is actively expanding his expertise while building out the digital foundation that supports Winward’s prefabrication efforts.
Beyond day‑to‑day responsibilities, Dax contributes to strategic discussions around future facility sizing and long‑term timelines, supporting the company as it charts its next phase of growth.
Driving both technical innovation and practical problem‑solving, Dax plays a key role in connecting BIM processes with real‑world prefab execution at Winward Electric.
