Director of VDC PH Electric
Corey Coleman is the Director of Education and Director of VDC at PH Electric, where he leads efforts to elevate BIM capabilities and strengthen the connection between design, prefabrication, and field operations. In his role, Corey is expanding and refining the company’s BIM department, streamlining workflows with the prefab team, and ensuring Revit families are built to be fabrication‑ready from an engineering perspective.
Corey also focuses on developing practical digital tools for the field – such as a customized Bluebeam toolbox for prefab – and integrating multiple technologies and software platforms to enhance overall prefab output. Known for his ability to quickly analyze project outcomes and generate solutions on the fly, he brings both technical depth and creative problem‑solving to his work.
